Global Preventative Health & Safety Culture (by Q3 2026):

We are standardizing health & safety management across all locations, deploying global guidelines and KPIs, and providing regular training. Full ISO 45001 certification is the goal for every factory, with anonymous hazard reporting and protection for whistleblowers.

Incident Response & Monitoring (by Q1 2026):

Establish and track global health & safety KPIs to pinpoint high-risk areas and target reductions in incidents—covering accidents, illnesses, and severity rates.
