Assembly technical testing is the most reliable way to determine the necessary inputs for ensuring maximum productivity and quality in any industrial assembly process. Many relevant parameters can be derived from in-house tests.
Benefits of Testing
Technical Report
Our qualified engineering team provides specific test and measurement reports tailored to each customer's requirements. These reports contain essential data to help you choose the right hole dimensions and fastening solutions.
Seamless Project Deployment
We help ensure a seamless project deployment by analyzing materials, application requirements, and installation parameters, including screwdriver selection and tightening procedures.
Prevent Assembly Problems
We identify potential hidden issues to prevent assembly problems in advance and ensure a smooth assembly line operation.
Comply to ISO Standard
We conduct tests in accordance with standard norms. ISO
Our Laboratory Testing Capabilities
Torque tests - is the most commonly performed test to optimize adjustment parameters in any screw assembly line. We conduct static and dynamic tests using electronically controlled equipment that allows us to reproduce multiple torque ramps and measure speed variations. The results help us establish proper setup conditions and provide insights into energy consumption, ergonomics, and stability. Additionally, we can determine prevailing on and off torque, breakaway torque, seating torque, and failure torque values.
Clamp load studies - These studies help us determine the tightness and load capacity of an assembly, ensuring reliable and secure fastening.
Mechanical properties validation - This fundamental test assesses the mechanical properties of a screw joint and its components, including tensile strength, compression resistance, pull-out forces, and shear forces.
Corrosion tests - We evaluate fasteners' resistance to corrosion under simulated severe environmental conditions. Our coating thickness measurement systems use X-ray and magnetic field technologies. Additionally, we conduct environmental tests in salt spray corrosion chambers to comply with DIN 50.021 standards.
Metrology test - We evaluate fasteners' resistance to corrosion under simulated severe environmental conditions. Our coating thickness measurement systems use X-ray and magnetic field technologies. Additionally, we conduct environmental tests in salt spray corrosion chambers to comply with DIN 50.021 standards.
Other indirect application parameters - We analyze factors such as friction coefficients, load-temperature relationships, and tightening cycle performance.
