Additionally to the conditions detailed in the document, there will be applied the following conditions:
Minimum order quantity per reference
The minimum purchase order quantity per reference will depend on various factors such as the requested product, the material, the delivery conditions, etc.
The minimum supply quantity for references available in stock is the packaging unit. In any case, the quantity supplied will be a multiple of our packaging.
For specially manufactured screws, the minimum quantity will depend on the dimensions of the screw. The permissible quantity deviation in these cases is +/- 10% of the quantity ordered.
For more details on the minimum quantities and to resolve any questions, please contact our sales department and we will make you a proposal tailored to your needs.
The deviation in weight accepted is ±1,5% due to error range in the scales.
Transport
For deliveries made by the customer transport agency, the agency will pick up the product in our warehouse. Unless expresses negotiation, freight of the goods shall be paid by the customer (Ex Works).
Payment conditions
Term of payments over 30 days will be provided by bank debit.
Payment documents should be submitted at the latest within 30 days after the date of the invoice.
Unless expresses negotiation, Confirming mode is not accepted.
Our computer system automatically detains order in case there is any unpaid or late receipt of payment documents (replenishment, notes, etc.).
The costs incurred for the purposes returned, for reasons not attributable to our society, will impact the customer always in an amount of 2.5% of nominal, with a minimum expenditure of 40 euros in agreement to article 6 Directive 2011/7/UE.
The payment terms for sales that are not insured by Atradius shall be paid in advance by bank transfer.
Funding
For renewal of effects or late payment thereof, there is a charge based on the official interest rate (ECB + 8 points), in accordance with current legislation.
Taxes
The offer price does not include Value Added Tax, which will be implemented directly on the invoice.
