TWINPLAST screws
When to choose TWINPLAST screw?
TWINPLAST screws are recommended for the assembly on very thin plastic elements, especially blown plastic parts.
How does it work?
The thread design and the sharp point allow the screw to be inserted without pilot holes or boss. It can be used when plastic thickness is between 1/3 and 2/3 of the screw diameter.
For thicker plastic elements or when the plastic cannot be drilled, a self-drilling point may be added.

- It makes boss design unnecessary, which improves plastic distribution during the blowing process.
- It reduces thread forming torque, which provides a more ergonomic assembly.
- It provides improved pull-out and stripping resistance assemblies.
- The larger contact surface of the head allows for a better stress distribution on the plastic.
